Some days are meant for hiking. Today was such a terrific day. Overcast skies, cool morning air, serene river and beautiful trees all around. I am not sure pictures can capture the feelings but I am always game to try. It was a relaxing 15 km walk along the river mostly.

Is there a bike path also or is it that you guys ran into bikers near the village.
Yes. The path along the river for 14k was for bikes and Walker’s and as you saw very beautiful. The couple we met were from Yorkshire and traveling on their RV. They parked in Villanova and were exploring nearby town. They plan to keep going down the coast.
Bikers take neighboring roads. Very close to us, and when we’re on the asphalt itself, then the routes coexist.
